Last week was the final run of the season, so in keeping with tradition the results will not be published until the overall winner is announced.

It was a muggy morning for running, but the group managed to finish before the rain set in for the day. Many thanks to Nada for handling the timekeeping duties.
Stephen was the first person over the line, once again completing the 3 km walk, and finished just ahead of Atsuko and James, who crossed the line only one second apart. Dave and Paul finished in equal fourth place after Paul’s handicap was applied. Sandi came in sixth place, ahead of Jozica in seventh, with Margaret the final runner to finish.
Two personal best times were recorded this week. Congratulations to Atsuko for taking 16 seconds off her previous PB, and to Stephen for improving his best time by 19 seconds.
The next run will be on Saturday 9 May with the timer starting at 7:30 am.

We have decided to have our random number sock draw if we have eight or more runners in any week. The random number this week was 5, meaning that Paul wins the socks.
New runners and walkers are welcome at any stage during the season.
