Run 102

Congratulations Lucia!  This week it was Lucia's turn to take out her second win for the season.  Well done.

It was a warm morning on this very warm weekend and as a result we saw only 1 PB recorded and 1 within 15 seconds.
Jessica - 1 minute 19 seconds - fantastic!
Dennis - within 15 seconds

Next weekend it is market weekend so the run will be on Sunday 4th March at 7:30am.

Run 101

Congratulations Dennis.  This week it was Dennis's turn to take out his first win for the season and secured 17 points putting him into equal second on the consistency ladder.

It was a lovely still, crisp morning which made for great running conditions.  We saw one PB recorded and one person came within 15 seconds of theirs.  This weeks PBs were;
Margaret - 27 seconds
Within 15 seconds - Lincoln

Next week the run is on Saturday 25th February at 7:00am.

Run 100

Congratulations Lincoln.  Today it was Lincoln's turn to take out his second win for the season.  Well done.

We had a double celebration this week with the Season 6 presentation (won by Peter, runner up Lucia, and Martin took out the kids trophy).

It was also the 100th Warrandyte River Runners run.  We have been going strong for over 2 years and it's great to see everyone come along every week and I still really love to see how much people improve.

We also had interstate visitors Peter and Carol come along for their first Warrandyte River Runners experience.  Phoenix was very pleased to have her own special walkers.

There were 3 personal bests recorded this week;
Martin - 1 minute 39 seconds
Paul - 55 seconds
Lucia - 14 seconds

I hope to see you all out for the Run Warrandyte event tomorrow.  I'm sure it will be a fun and challenging event.
