Run 135

Congratulations Lou!  This week it was Lou's turn to take out her second win for the season.  After a minor data entry error correction which resulted in a handicap adjustment, Lou was first to cross the line after the 30 minute mark.  Well done.

This week was a beautiful morning for running and we saw 2 personal best times recorded.  PB's for this week were;

Lou - 38 seconds
Doug - 11 seconds

Next week the run is on Saturday 20th October at 7:30am.
