Run 131

Congratulations Doug.  This week it was Doug's turn to take out his first win for the season by crossing the line first after the 30 minute mark.  Well done!

On a perfect morning for running we saw one personal best recorded and another within 15 seconds.  This week's PB's are;

Olie - 22 seconds
Within 15 seconds - Steve K

The next 2 runs are on:-

Saturday 29 September at 7:30am and;
Sunday 7 October at 8:00am. 

As I will be sunning myself on a tropical island for those two weekends, River Runners will be managed by my trusty friends but the blog won't be updated until my return.

So I hope you enjoy the school holidays if you are taking time off.  You will see Duncan and/or Lincoln down by the hut.
