Run 689 and 690

Run 689

There were six starters in the run along the bans of the Birrarung-Yarra this week. Thanks to Nada for running early and doing the time-keeping duties this week.

Alex was the first person home this week, but he came in well before the 30 minute mark and has been classed as breaking. This left the win open for Nada, who was the first person over the line after 30 minutes. Renee managed to take out second place ahead of Jon. Paul ran into fourth place and Jozica was the last person to finish this week.

Alex was the only runner to beat his previous Personal Best time, coming in 3:05 ahead of his previous best. Nobody else was within 15 seconds of their PB.

Run 690

There were two starters in the run this week. Thanks to Paul for doing the time-keeping duties.

With only two runners, there were big points up for grabs: Atsuko took out the win this week, and Jozica came in second place.

Neither runner managed a personal best time or to be within 15 seconds of their PB.

Next week the run will be on Sunday 3 November with the timer starting at 7:30 am.

New runners and/or walkers are welcome at any stage during the season.
