We thought we had missed the rain this morning but there was a light sprinkle towards the end of the run. That didn't stop 1 personal best being recorded and 1 within 15 seconds.

Congratulations Paul! This week it was Paul's turn to take out his 4th win for the season, within 15 seconds of his personal best time, therefore taking out another 17 points. Well done.

Run 120
Congratulations Steve! With only 3 runners contesting the major points Steve seized the opportunity to take out his second win for the season. Great running on such a cold morning.
With temperatures below zero and frost aplenty, it was great to see people make the effort to get out of bed and run. There was only one PB recorded this week;

Run 119
Congratulations Paul, again! This week Paul took out another win, his third for the season and second win in a row. Can he pull off the hatrick next week???
