Run 77

Congratulations Lincoln!  Today was Lincoln's turn to cross the line first after the 30 minute mark, with a personal best time, and therefore securing maximum points.  Well done on your second win for the season.

With only 3 runs remaining for the season it is going to be very interesting.  Our top 4 runners have all completed over 10 runs so they must do better than their lowest scoring run for the season to get any more points.  With only 17 points separating our top 3, anyone can take top spot by getting in a win with a PB and securing 20 points.

Today was certainly the day for good running, despite the cold and fog.  We saw 4 breakers, 4 PB's recorded and another 3 were within 15 seconds of theirs.  PB's were;

• Jeremy - 1 minute 4 seconds
• Marianne - 53 seconds
• Lincoln - 5 seconds
• Reuben - 5 seconds

Within 15 seconds:- Anthony (3km), Lucia, Peter

It was great to see a few kids out there today - they all ran well.

Next week we are back to our regular timeslot.  The run will be on Saturday 13th August at 7:30am.
